NTEK will wait until after 30 June for the AS raise paperwork to hit NVSOS, so the share raise won't sully the "10-K-like" paid advertisement on OTCMarkets.com for its fiscal year that ENDS on 30 June and is put up on the paid-ad website on 30 September (unless, like last year, NTEK is LATE and posts the ad in OCTOBER).

THAT is why the AS raise won't be public until next week, after the end of NTEK's fiscal year!
