Company is not going dark.. it has been already dark for a while.. you should ask yourself what's the point of filing Form 15 then? Company is about to become current but not as a SEC reporting company imo.. much faster to catch up on filings and file under otc only..
..btw. check HAO#.. same scenario. . They have Form 15 and no, they didn't go 'dark', right?
