Why would you think that? Most investors dont read the filings so they haven't a clue. Exorcist says there are other ways to raise dough so he turned blind to the need unless AK told him something different. The only thing going for them is the low float so they can throe rumors out once in awhile which drives the price up followed by underperformance driving the price down. Exorcist has the inside scoop and plays the swings at others expense.. all imo :)
