I believe this share price decline has everything to with the uncertainty of NASDAQ up listing. The company still has not come out with a statement saying it has met all requirements and has applied for listing. It said that they "intended to"...I believe people are beginning to fear that it will not happen. The bleeding can be stopped quickly with a few words, "we have filed for listing on the NASDAQ, it is in their hands now."
