Let me make it simple, shareholders don't care about the law suit, shareholders' most concern is whether MYEC/Greenpay/CEO owns the properties. The CEO has indicated in his FB with a simple answer "No", but that is not sufficient, because the Government's filings says "Yes". It is up to the CEO and his auditors to explain why?

Should it be the Government's filing is incorrect or some other reasons? the CEO and his auditors need to explain.
