We know for a fact that ERHC selectively disclosed the last drilling results to a small group of shareholders who attended a shareholder meeting. I was there. I recall other shareholders being angry about that with good reason. I didn't sell that day but I know others did.

Based on that I have no confidence that ERHC won't disclose to anbody they want whenever they want if it benefits them whether it violates the rules or not.
