The SEC? ELGL is not an SEC registrant. They file NOTHING with the SEC whatsoever.

The only way the SEC is involved is if they are investigating ELGL for fraud. Which is something they absolutely might be doing - ELGL's ridiculous "financial statements" they pay OTCMarkets to display on their website are very obviously bogus....and fraudulent. They are laughably made up by someone who knows next to nothing about financial statements and reporting.
