Many here defend this company because they own shares, I get that, I own shares myself. This is one of the worst ran POS I have ever invested money into. At least for a stock this far along in it's life stage. Anyone who thinks Berman has managing skills seriously needs their head examined. Every crossroad or pertinent decision is met with controversy or failure. This should be a joyous time after defeating JNJ, but nothing got done when the suit was going on. Then, to make things worse, having all that time to choose and Retail Monster is their answer. Pathetic, this product should have been all over the shelves the day after the settlement was won. Soooo for those of you who laughed and scoffed about my comment about Berman sitting on his hands, what do you think about him now? Please do not reply defending this man, it will fall on deaf ears.
