Looks like Wayne Patterson showed up to the MTVX funeral a little late. Covey killed the company a couple years ago. I do wonder if Patterson was able to escape from the $1M collateral note on his personal residence. It's no wonder why Patterson was trying to get out asap after being a defunct worthless manager with APT. Patterson was involved from the get go and was in fact trying to work a side deal with MM to take away APT's patents to use at MM knowing full well APT was going to tank after being drained of all it's money. Problem was he and Covey screwed things up. The lawsuit was to cloak what was going on, and why covey finally sold off for a pittance, the Motovox line to to MM.

Covey and Patterson couldn't manage a lemonade stand..OMGROTFLMFAO!!!
