I'm with you, you know more about the situation over there than I ever would. I hope you are staying safe. To be honest I don't mind the delay as it's giving me time to load up on Dinar lol, call me crazy but I'm trying to accumulate a ton of Dinar. The Dinars value is way to low right now when taking into account Iraq's resources. I think it should be worth at least .15 to the U.S. dollar, I think it will happen in time.
