but as we know, there is still a bid and ask out there...

...

if i wanted to sell at say, .007 and someone else selling at .006, maybe another .0008...

a "bidder" can put "feelers" out at .0004, and wont get filled if no one is selling .0004.

so, they raise their bid.. til they hit a seller.

its just like trading without L2 and not everyone has that anyway.
