Let's get the Iraqi Dinar worth .15 to the U.S. Dollar before the deletion of the zeros takes effect. It makes no sense to delete the zeros before the value increases, no point in changing in a 25,000 dinar note for a 25 Dinar note. The value should be .15 or .25 to the U.S. Dollar before they delete the zeros.
