It could be argued that the pr's over the past year were to try to unload the remaining a/s

After the last 1:2500 R/S in August, the A/S was not quite one billion. That was doubled in March and doubled again in May of this year. The A/S was increased. This was not unloading "remaining" shares. These were shares created to dump on a market anticipating something that still hasn't happened, IMO.
