take heed to some dd and try doing some. you don't sink money into otc stock at .01+ and .02 when there is a ton of debt outstanding and not enough shares available to pay it. why? because it means a huge increase in authorized and LOTS of dilution. the selling that is coming to this ticker to start paying that debt is going to be off the chain.
