dsully, as we know Morpho got slammed in the GAO for their high rate of false positives. Note that when they announced their 'next gen' product in November, 2014 they didn't tout the accuracy:

That being the case, it is possible that they didn't improve much in that area, and that it was the other improvements that accounted for the wins that followed. It is also possible that they had those countries in the bag all along for reasons having more to do with relationships than anything else, but told them to just wait until they came out with their new and improved version, whether it really was that much better or not.

Their technology may still be significantly inferior to ISC's.
