"I sent David F an email and he called me already this morning. I can answer the question I posed. The 8 million is separate and was mentioned in a previous filing that it will be settled for 150K. I am looking for it but he told me it is in there.

I also asked about the sub that would not produce his earnings and they expect a court order to compel him to open the books this week.

They are also being aggressive in negotiating the other debt from lawsuits.

There were several other things discussed but this is what I feel is important to share with the group. He sounded tired but upbeat and said there are good things coming.

I can confirm with my phone call with David a couple weeks ago (at the time I didn't think it was my position to share) that he shared with me the same thing posted here about the $8 million being settle for $100K I believe is what he told me. That or I wasnt paying attention to the exact number once I heard $100,000.

He said in a round about way , " You better believe if I was owed $8,000,000 I would collect every penny, if that tells you anything them ready to settle for $100,000 "(or like the original poster said $150,000) either way it shows the validity of this claim.
