I guess my follow-up hit a nerve. Here is what was sent:

Thank you for your reply, but who is this 3rd party source and how does the security get off of the list. It seems rather suspicious that this process is not transparent and that the placing of a security by Ameritrade on such a list might be interpreted as manipulation on the brokers behalf on the claim to be for the customers benefit. Can you provide the source that AT used for this?
