They are also reserved for those that deserve it. I personally think that offering "transparency" and not delivering it is worthy of rudeness.

I never speak to people who have lied to me with respect.

Respect isn't given it is earned.
Dan had my respect and manners when he took over and told us all how much better things like communication would be.
Then he failed to follow through.

Dan did not do a single thing he said he would.


He is no child that needs to be talked to nicely.
He is a grown man who made specific statements to people who he has an obligation to.
He failed to live up to those obligations. If he expects niceties and manners he should have done what he said.

Dan didn't seem surprised at my anger. He apparently understood it or he would not have agreed that an update was past due.
Dan KNOWS he has failed.
I give him credit for continuing to try but it isn't up to us to change. We were not the ones that said something and didn't live up to it.

Dan needs to come clean. He needs to speak the facts publically and clearly. He needs to divulge ALL info that any legit company divulges and he needs to start doing what he says when he says.
