Not quite and yet this is a new twist, but dissolution of the company at Nevada would NOT mean debts were paid, far from it. but all issued stock since 1998 is invalid!

It's very similar to bankruptcy!, except the usual process is to declare BK and later, dissolve and once that happens, 'dissolution' all common warrant, preferred etc. stock is dead.

I.E. I don't know what trick now but at the date dissolved, the stock is canceled: 6/13/16 there would be no stock just floating data.

Whatever trick it indicates that these criminals blew through every single one of the 7.75 BILLION authorized.

It's possible that Nevada called their bluff and dissolved for all this scam's history.

Colorado sinky stock companies are usually the Scam's 2nd choice BS rip off pump to dump State. yet it could be the way they're going to pull the reverse split to lose Nevada's history.
