There is no current fraud trial going on , which company are you talking about? The SEC's mountain of evidence is evidently a small pile of doggie doodie. The 6 million mountain has apparently already been dismissed as not worthy of prosecution.
Apparently the SEC has to dig some more to get what they want... Justice. Well good for them , nobody wants to be proven wrong so in the name of justice , six more months should do the trick for them . And that's good for them.
So I think you mean sometime in the future ...
