Can you prove what you said here or they are just 100% speculations?

Yes. We know there is a formal SEC investigation of ALTO, and subpoenas have been issued. And part of that investigation involves the EXLA management and EXLA's mineral property when they were both in ALTO.

Not speculation at all. And that is probably why EXLA has been abandoned and the management are long gone.
