I don't think there's any more or less fear I think the CEO is just lining his pockets same way he has been for months. Sells himself convertible debt right, and sells relentlessly into the market ... Maybe a 3rd party buys the shares up in preparation for a future run, or maybe .0001-.0015 is the CEOs limit to his imagination on the stock price?
Properly managed, with majority ownership in popular restaurants , 215m OS , this should be up around .01 AND absorb the dilution... Only reason it's not is the CEO = POS. POS with the stock , that is. He did good work getting some restaurants going but doesn't give a f&@$ about his stock price
