What is the state of LOI for Green Gro ? ? What are the terms ? Is this a cash give away to Fasci . What happened to the supposed
stock holders meeting this summer ? What is the state of the company ? What is happening with S1 and a true return to actual trading ? All these were carrots from Heygi - in his last verbose
proclamation . I hope the CUBE is not an opportunity for PHOT to unload it's remaining stock on unaware customers -their rep is not good and who wants to subscribe ($) to a service which may not
exist if they belly up or don't deliver (their HX). It sure
appears they are just keeping stock selling to keep their own
salaries or a slow cash out- through this year - while the legislative hype remains high .

An HONEST statement is LONG overdue - not an ego/based smoke screen
