An L2 shift happens when a stock has a big ask vs smaller bid, which quickly flips to a bigger bid vs smaller ask after a few good hits. I've seen this happen to some stocks before they run. The market makers will suddenly drop their ask sizes and let the stock run after a few good buys.

Hopefully this will be the case here IMO!
