Only 24 more trading days below $1 before the delisting notice.

We've had 6 straight closes below $1 now. We open today at $0.75 - getting drilled off the buzzer. Once 30 trading days below a buck NASDAQ sends the delisting notice.

Apart from fear of raging shareholders I'm starting to think maybe ANY wants to wait for the de-listing notice so they can combine the AGM with a Special Meeting to approve a reverse split (I recommend 1 for 10, or maybe 1 for 15).

That way they can save a lot of money and also only have to face the rage once.
