Meow was thinking the same thing. Maybe the owner of the site was given the heads up about David Foley continuing to commit more frauds on a daily basis, and did not want to make the site look bad. The site was made to help people, and not to be used to promote even more criminality.

Also notice how very little remorse if any David Foley has. See how he totally misses the point of that blog service. No repentance and regret, but loves to tell everyone how great he is doing in prison. Meow is sure his past and current victims just LOVE reading about how well prison is going for him.
