'gitreal'? but seriously, how the hell can a "Manager/Owner" of any company of supposedly this magnitude, be so blind as to NOT KNOW they were being lied to by the person at/on the other-end of the contract!
unless they were blinded by their own greed for a quick buck!
or actually DID KNOW, but playing on the "Safe Harbor (scapegoat) Act" to claim/pretend otherwise, while pocketing monies made from the heightened company share sales to OTC!
However if their "Loyal Shareholders" were considered beyond just something to dump company shares on to fill the piggybank, then it's likely that more scrutiny would've been considered before signing on the line!
