In fact as others argued and I will agree, it's awkward he brings up no more conversions while Q is late and 'leveraging' this. This is outright extortion and puts him into a worse situation once the Q is filed. But he highlights that he knows conversions are happening and once the Q is released it can and will happen again ( he's worried about it)

All other items are non definitive just like last years 'progress'.

Until a main sales channel is setup ( and not trials) this is a non performer. And you have been cheerleading it all the way down. So this answers the latter question of who best knows what's happening ... Not you. But I can say many others have and DO know what's happening by describing this going down.
