As far as I am aware Caldive still has a contract with Cape Wind, good news here as the Senate next Thursday will debate their new energy bill which differs from the house version that tried to put wording in their bill that would have shut down any hope for this wind energy enterprise, the senate version allows all players to compete and if it passes Cape Wind may get the financing back.
