Doug: I got a call from JB today and I asked him about the qtr report. He told me that they stream line the reports and will only produced an annual report. It is about the money, he says it cost close to 20,000 dollars to produce a quarterly report. That is the reason we will not see one. I asked and that was his answer. John II
