I do not think he is interested in the P&D path - I know he is trying to eliminate as many debt holders as possible to prevent them from dumping, not sure who they are other than Rex but I think there are others. I don't have very many shares here but I would be a buyer with a REAL business plan. I have done well on the big boards last year and the first half of this year. Mainly energy sector where everyone is scared to death.The only way I see Mark getting his money back is to put something in here that will build value if he dumps his shares on a scheme he is still out a lot of money. I really don't think he is desperate financially so it would make sense to try something productive.
