The network cost more than $5M to install, and would cost that much to duplicate! It is undeniably worth millions...
Not reason to duplicate it. It is already there????? As is there is already barely any usage. The Gov't laid out the money in grants to help usher in electric cars. Not for the network to make money.
The value of a network to a buyer is the revenue, and future revenue. EV's are growing at a snails pace and public charging is rarely used. As ranges get longer they will be even less use. If revenue went up 4x in the next four years that would still be very little. We don't even know what the A/S would be in 4 years
CCGI will lose more than $1M if it goes to trial...
Well if they were to go to trail, that would mean that CCGI and their lawyers think otherwise........
