I was paid 250,000 shares of PRED, which is not salable, and I didn't get it from Merle.

I came on here last week and TOLD YOU that Kaiser IS Ferguson's guy.

I don't work for free, or out of the "kindness of my heart", but technically, that's what I'm doing right now, and only because I KNOW that PRED's diagnostics are excellent, and when all is said and done, Brad will deliver the fundamentals.

Borders Consulting Services, Inc. was closed and Borders Consulting Services, LLC was created at the advice of my CPA, with regard to the overall liability of a corporation vs. LLC, specifically with regard to working with publicly traded companies.

My LLC is "INACTIVE" at the moment because I'm late on my most recent filing, and will return to active status when I submit my financials, which will be this month.

I do what I do by the book, and always have, and I'm COMPLETELY transparent. I have had great success in identifying TRULY undervalued companies, with legitimate disruptive technology in their space, and have had significant success in adding long term shareholder base to those companies. As you know, volume precedes price, and I have been fortunate enough to see dramatic price appreciation in most of the companies I have represented. I'm an open book, and I have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of Florida, in spite of the current "Inactive" status.
