Yeah, as if they need a shareholder's vote to do anything. They've been waiting well over a year for their proxy. I guess they forgot about the preferred shares held be the insiders that completely trump all other share votes. To really think that this is going to go to 10 cents prior to a R/S is hilarious. Complete denial but all one has to do is pick any month and search back on the outerweb site and you will read the great things ahead buying the cheapies etc., meanwhile the PPS has plummeted to a fraction of a penny. I also love reading how the BS phone company (Akyumen) no one ever heard of is going to help NTEK. Why anyone would pay more for a no-name phone then they would for Apple's 6plus or Samsung's or LG's derivative is foolish at best and absurd. Even though it can project an image of a joke 30 lumens not even in 4K so by virtue of that rules out any benefit.
