I am not going to throw good money after bad. Shareholders as a group had that option for years and decided to do absolutely nothing. I have done several things to try to correct the obvious problem but I won't use my own funds to do so mainly because ERHC management would be using our money to defend themselves. Even if we win we lose.

I did not over invest in this company so I will accept my losses. I just think it is a damn shame that, if this company does fail, it will be largely because of poor management who failed to leverage the assets they were handed and turn that blessing into a single oil discovery. And I believe shareholders will be somewhat responsible. Everyone saw what was happening but very few were willing to stand up and do anything about it. Live and learn and move on.
