If BAT sub licenses out to any of the entities it has control of I believe xxii splits those profits with BAT 50/50. Also every ton of tobacco I believe that RJR or BAT buys they pay $150 I believe. Any entity outside of that would have to pay $250. I could have some of these wrong, but I don't believe it's just $25m.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
