If I was afraid or confused, I would have sold long ago. Instead, I just grabbed more 1's this week because I liked the last PR. However, I am also very aware that there has been very little verifiable news, and if it is not verifiable, it is not substantive.

Without substantive news, this ticker is unlikely to rise over 0.0002 because without a hard and fast bullish push on PPS, we will not overwhelm the flippers to push the PPS past their 1-2 flips.
