Duke - Do you think that I2 is intentially started at .18 to limit start up problems or to utilize existing facilities.

I don't think Intel expected McKinley volume to be enough to impact capacity. Yes, it was a good idea to use a mature process but perhaps more importantly, the selection of the .18u process was probably done before some of the schedule slips.
