Michaels can't be in Mexico unless he illegally snuck across the border. Michaels doesn't have a valid passport and cannot renews his expired one, because he owes over $200K in back child support. It's extremely unlikely he will ever pay this off, so his passport is revoked until it is all paid. That will never happen.

Michaels doesn't have a pot to piss in. He is flat broke and his scams no longer work. Too many people hate his big fat dumb azz and they are on a lifelong mission to expose, stop and destroy his fraudulent scams. Michaels is a POS and deserves nothing but misery.

Also, he always does "out of country deals because none of them are ever real, and they are impossible to validate when borders are crossed". If it's an out of country deal you can bet it's a scam.
