I want to clear the water on what was said about a raise in the a/s. To my knowledge you are required to send a proxy out for a vote of shareholders, prior to any increase in the a/s. Am I right, Apostle?
If this is the case, I know no one that received a proxy about a vote. I am sure if the company wanted to, honestly they could increase it, only after a vote. How far off am I here?
For a poster to come on and say check back tomorrow and the a/s will change, is very bold. I would like to know other than inside trading knowledge, how would anyone know this? I for one, have only seen increased authorized shares, after a shareholder vote.
To my knowledge I have not heard of such a vote, nor have I seen any filings, that this has not occurred.

I really wish, we would not have read that threat about the increase, the stock came down a bit after that post. I never like to see folks that missed the boat, bash a stock down.
With the current SS, this stock will be back over .02 and above, no doubt. I remain locked and loaded with my shares. Always great to be in a play with you!
