Estimates for the entire hemostatic sealant market ranges from 18 billion to 25 billion depending on source. AC 5 current area is around 2.9 billion US and 2.6 billion EU. Assuming 5 year penetration and a conservative 10% market capture, that would be minimally ~250 million per year EU alone.
