I agree with you there. I know there is overhead expenses to deal with but there is also good revenue potential. Just look around at good restaurant establishments, and Graffitti Junktion falls into that category IMO, they are always packed, people enjoy eating out, days of family meals at the dining room table are all but over, the norm is eating out now.
