I understand the concern over an abundance of new cheap shares, but you have to ask yourself. If you are a private investor or investment group who has gone to ARTH to create the arrangement to investment millions of dollars, did you really do it to make .30-.50 cents per share?

NO!! You are buying it because you believe in the medium to long term plan of the company, the legitimacy of the product, and the belief that it will be a $3-10 stock one day in the future.

My opinion, but I have been around trading for 30 years.
