They went With The Idea Of Leasing With Contracts In Under Developed Countries.

They Didn't Get Paid.

Maybe Selling AND Collecting Is A Better Business Model.

Don't Know These Folks Were Anything More Than A Couple Craftsmen Making A Unit, Prototype, And Seeking To Fleece The Flocks Of Potential Speculation Dollars To The End Of The Road.

That Prototype May Have Been The Unit Used For The First Contract??
