No where in the announcement does it say PB or other "giants in the shadows" are coming back in. Period. Anyone can claim interest.

Where in this letter is Vanis being humble? After saying the responsibility is his, He is literally blaming every single entity but the company and himself for the failures.

No updates? Ya it's actually the financiers fault - but there's a silver lining!
10-Q tardiness? Ya it's the financiers fault.
CB Squeeze? Ya it's the fault of retail outlets that 'want' this so we're not going to deploy it yet to the eCommerce portion.
VFizz? Ya July test run but not if the Financiers have anything to say about it. Oh ya also our operating partners faults, but they totally want back in.
