Couldn't agree with you more!!! Over the years I have made some pretty decent returns from companies that were nothing more than a shell...here we have a very old foundation, substantial revenue, and soon audited fins.

Unfortunately I'm not completely banking on the fins being out by June 30th...have a feeling this subsidiary is going to make it difficult for Dave to hit his original dead line that he had stated
