Anyone that thinks this SEC inquiry is not going to mean anything is very mistaken. This has been ongoing for quite some time. The SEC obviously has a problem with the way he conducted the affairs of this company. Do not get suckered into buying shares at this point, especially from other people saying this investigation is no big deal. Protect your money, this is not over, not by a long shot.
