On the contrary, it doesn't add up at all. There's no rhyme or reason why any of these penny stocks go up or go down on most occasions. Everything is rigged. There are cheats everywhere. Anybody who knows the penny stock market knows that. You just have to be lucky or know somebody who's cheating and get it on the cheat with him.
