The 3rd part accumulator IMHO and all others in the know to include insiders will have picked up their shares over the last few months. We can go back and see there were several trading periods where this occurred. These weak, very low volume days are a clear indication of very, very few retailers knowing about IMSC, not to mention dwelling in OTC land. No PR'd orders, no communication speaks all I need to hear, the quiet period is winding down. We've all been told via the last couple CC's and recent 8k, not to mention the landscape what is going to happen. If you don't believe, there's no reason to buy and hold shares. There will be no shorting from here on, tree shaking... possible... but even that is foolish.
