Which one of those is Warp 9? It's either classified in a strange way or it's wrapped up with Invest West. Perhaps it's the telecom firm since two company names ago they were Roaming Messenger (the one that got nailed by the FBI for securities fraud). The point of that is that Greg Boden (who dumped shares in the days running up to the purchase of Sunworks) is an exec at Warp9 (or whatever they are calling themselves these days) which is co-located there with Invest West and the subsidiary that Nelson ran (runs?). In fact, given the timing, it looks like he dumped shares in conjunction with a PR that Nelson put out and now these guys are making 800%+ returns on investment while the common shareholders get SCREWED (I could probably use another word since there wasn't any consent involved, but I wont do that). Very unethical behavior by all involved in the massive options going out at $0.338 a share when the stock was at $3.

When you give away so many shares that cheap it's practically impossible for ordinary shareholders to come out ahead, but it's a guaranteed payday for the insiders who made bank not from corporate profits but from selling freebie shares to mostly unknowing shareholders.

SunWorks was bought with lubriciously expensive shares that must be repaid with money from the brokerage accounts of people buying common shares. That is what is happening now.
